    Server Maintenance Plan

    This covers the daily monitoring of your server and enables us to be proactive in our approach to your business and to rectify any potential issues before they effect your business.

    We ensure that all necessary service packs, anti virus updates, and other software applications are installed and are up to date.

    This plan also covers the monitoring and testing of your backups. Most issues that occur can be rectified remotely and normally outside normal business hours. This saving you and your staff down time due to any IT related issues.

    We will also visit your site once a month to ensure there are no other potential issues with your server. Any additional call outs will be offered at our reduced rates.
