When you send your failed media to US, we assess the extent of the damaged media for a minimal fee. We will not initiate the recovery process without your consent. In order to ensure the correct format of data, strict quality process is applied during this process. Recovered data will be copied on the media of your choice and will be shipped to you.
What will it Cost me to have my Data Recovered ?
Data Recovery Costs vary, and totally depends on time taken and the
extent of the damage to the hard drive or media. We have a minimum
inspection fee of $ 67.50 including GST.
Once we have ascertained the extent of the damage, we will provide you a
quote to recover your data, the inspection fee is included within this
quote.

To avoid further damage to your media and prevent extended data loss:

Do not perform any operation on the storage device that will cause physical damage to the device or the data on it |

Do not write to any of the files on the device or add additional files |

Do not format the drive |

Do not modify the partitions on the drive |

Do not try to open the device to see what is wrong. |
