Prices

We display our prices exclusive of GST, according to accepted business practice, so the full value of our product is immediately recognised when compared with other systems. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices are subject to changes so make sure you are viewing the latest price list by refreshing your browser. If buying components like CPU's and RAM, price changes may not be reflected on the website because wholesale prices can change daily. If this is the case you will be advised of any change before your order is fully processed.

Warranty

IT Sales and Service ltd thoroughly tests all computers to minimise the risk of system failure. All IT Sales and Service ltd systems are covered by a 2 year return to base (RTB) parts and labour warranty. Some exclusions may apply to some components which are covered by their standard manufacturers warranty.  Please treat you machine with respect, IT Sales and Service Ltd cannot honour warranties for systems that have been internally tampered with, treated inappropriately or have failed due to any software anomaly including viruses.
All other components or products, including software, are covered by the warranty supplied by the manufacturer or importer.

Returns

Yes, even the the best of systems can sometimes fail. If this does happen to you please phone our office or email us stating your name, date of purchase and the problem. We'll get back to you promptly with instructions that will speed the return process and ensure your problem is dealt with as quickly as possible.

For returns of items for any reason other than a warranty claim, there may be a handling or restocking fee.                       

Order  

Orders can be made securely over the internet, e-mailed or posted. Along with purchase details please provide us with your name, street address, delivery address, fax number, phone number and e-mail address. For orders over $3000 paid by a credit card we require a full authorization including full name and daytime contact phone number of the card holder in writing to be posted to IT Sales and Service ltd,  7 Emerald Way, Albany, Auckland, New Zealand or e-mailed to sales@itservices.co.nz.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your order. You may pay by cash bank transfer or direct deposit (ask for our bank details) or cheque made out to IT Sales and Service ltd. You may also pay by VISA or MasterCard by using our secure on-line shopping facility.

Delivery

IT Sales and Service Ltd delivers any computer part or device within 48 hours after the payment is authorised and cleared. For  Computer systems, the assembly procedure requires up to 5 working days for full tuning and balancing to check the hardware for any manufacturing defects. Delivery is made by courier. Any claims for damage caused during delivery must be made with the courier company and should be reported immediately. You will be notified in writting should there be any delays.
